The Bistro 4355 features a standard door opening 24.5 inches wide x 7.5 inches high. The cooking surface is 34 inches wide, and 40 inches deep, resulting in 9.2 square feet of cooking surface. The footprint of the Bistro Home 4355 is 43 inches by 55 inches. This oven comes standard with heat shield doors and a built-in timer that allows the user to schedule the time the oven will turn on. The Bistro Home 4355 comes standard with a stainless steel finish but is also available in other configurations.
All Wood Stone Home Ovens can be installed indoors or out and are listed for residential use.
The Bistro Home 4355 can be configured to be gas-fired, wood-fired or a gas/wood combo. If gas, the fuel type (natural gas or liquid propane) must be specified at the time of order. The ceramic interior is heated by a powerful, adjustable radiant burner located in the back of the oven chamber. The burner is controlled exclusively by the cook and the heat distribution in the oven can be adjusted to meet the needs of a variety of menu items.
The dense, high temperature ceramic formulation of which the 500 pound, monolithic, cast-ceramic floor and the 725 pound, monolithic dome are cast creates a “deep heat sink” within the chamber of the oven. The hearth and dome are connected by a carefully tensioned steel exoskeleton, which ensures structural integrity and long life. All Wood Stone Home ovens are fully assembled and ship as one piece on a heavy duty frame. (No assembly required!)
